Included with your stay, guests have complimentary scheduled shuttle transportation to Universal Orlando Resort™, Universal CityWalk™, Walt Disney World® theme parks, and Seaworld/Aquatica. Wyndham I-Drive Avanti Resort & Conference Center charges a daily resort fee of $18 plus tax, per room, per night, will be added to the room rate and includes:
Resort check-in time begins at 4:00p.m. Check-out time ends at 11:00a.m.
Guests booking with discounts such as AAA, AARP, Government, Military, or Southeastern Neighbors must provide proper legally-issued identification and applicable membership card confirming eligibility to receive the discount. Failure to provide the proper identification will result in the full rate to be charged at check-in. The minimum age to book a room is 21. A guest aged 21 or older must be present at check-in, provide valid payment, and stay in the room for the duration of the reservation. Age and identity verification through a legally-issued identification card is required by all guests at check-in.
Early Check-In
Arrivals before 1:00p.m. requesting check-in may be subject to availability and an early check-in fee of $25. Should your room not be available, your luggage can be stored so you can begin enjoying your stay.
Late Check-Out
Late check-out is complimentary up to 12:00p.m. If check-out is between 3:00p.m. - 4:00p.m., there is a fee of $60.
Early Departure
Early departure is free of charge before 11:00a.m. on scheduled departure day. If departure is prior to scheduled departure day and check-out is after 11:00a.m., guest will be charged the full nightly rate.
Yes, once you confirm the dates of your stay at check-in you are responsible for an early departure fee should you choose to depart the hotel prior to the scheduled date. If departure is prior to scheduled departure day and check-out is after 11:00am, guest is charged the full nightly rate.

A guest age 21 years or older is required to check into the room, provide payment for the reservation, and stay in the same room for the duration of the reservation. Our Front Desk will request an ID at check in and will need to confirm the guest’s age.
Deposit and Cancellation policies vary by package, promotion, special offer or rate plan chosen. Guests will have 24 hours prior to arrival to cancel a reservation in order to avoid forfeiture of first night plus tax room deposit. This policy may change depending on the specific promotion booked. Check your personalized Confirmation Notice for the cancellation policy specific to your reservation.
Upon check-in, we will run an “authorization” on the card for the total room charges, plus $50 per room for any potential incidental charges for stays of 1-4 nights. For stays of 5 nights or more, the "authorization" charge will be $100 per room. The card will not be charged prior to the guest’s check-out.
For guests staying 7 days or longer, upon check-in we will run a hard charge on the card for the total room charges, plus $50 per room for stays of 1 - 4 nights, or $100 per room for stays of 5 nights or more for any potential incidental charges. Any incidental funds not used will be returned to your card at the end of your stay.
If you are using a debit/check card and it is attached to a banking account, a cash hold will be placed on the account for the full anticipated dollar amount of your stay plus incidentals. If the deposit is placed on a debit card, please be aware that the hotel will release any unused deposit at the point of check-out. Your credit will then be processed by your bank with their respective time frame. Typically, this happens within 7 - 14 business days. Please note we do not accept cash for your incidental deposit.
Wyndham I-Drive Avanti Resort & Conference Center has a business center located in the lobby. Complimentary high-speed Internet access is available.
Yes, we accept packages. There is a one-time fee of $10 per package. Please be sure it is addressed to: ARRIVING GUEST: (NAME ON YOUR RESERVATION). Packages without names of reserved arriving guests will be returned. Packages will be accepted 15 days before and 15 days after departure date. Any packages received after/before this time frame will be returned to the sender.
The resort does not provide Airport Transportation. Taxi cabs are easily available and we are more than happy to coordinate for you, to or from the airport. Platinum Transportation does "Meet and Greets" for arriving guests at the airport and takes them to our hotel. You can contact them at 407-492-8888 to coordinate any of your transportation needs while in Central Florida. www.platinumtrans.net.
Access to the Fitness Center is included in the $18 daily resort fee. Hours of operation are 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.
Wyndham I-Drive Avanti Resort & Conference Center prohibits the use of drones on resort grounds in order to ensure the safety and privacy of all guests.
Smoking is not permitted except in designated outdoor smoking locations. Guests may request location information at check-in. Should evidence of smoking be discovered, a $100 fee will be assessed and charged to the credit card on file.
RVs, commercial vehicles or trucks are not permitted in our parking lots. Please make arrangements to park these vehicles elsewhere, in approved parking outside of hotel property, and arrange transportation to and from the resort from your vehicle.
The resort does not offer any pre-payment options. For the safety and security of our guests, the guest checking in must provide their own valid credit or debit card, along with their photo identification, upon arrival at our resort for our Guest Service Team to process payment for the pending balance and continue with the check-in process.
Outside food, drinks and coolers are not permitted to enter the pool gates. Guests may purchase food and drinks at the poolside bar or the adjacent Cafe & Marketplace.
Yes, there is wireless Internet throughout the property and in all the rooms.
Yes, all guests are provided with towels. Pool towels are for use on the pool deck only.
